During the Covid-19 lockdown the whole UK courier network is being stressed for obvious reasons. It has been described as far more volume than Christmas but not for a few days - for months - and with less staff.
Collections
Collections (both scheduled and ad-hoc) may slip or not even happen, please bear with us and the couriers at this time!
General
UK couriers have had to contend with office staff working from home, clients having different staff booking/sending items and less drivers. They have adapted well but have had to use agency drivers who may not be quite as familiar with their procedures and routes as the normal drivers are. This has slightly increased the risk of issues when sending items.
